How do I choose short / medium / long pricing?
Short hair is typically above the shoulders, medium is shoulders to chest, and long is below the chest. If your hair is very thick or extra-long, pricing may be adjusted to ensure we book enough time and product for the best result.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes. We offer consultations for first-time color clients, major changes (going lighter/darker), or corrective work. This helps us plan your appointment, timing, and exact pricing — and makes sure you get the look you want.
What products do you use?
We use professional salon-grade color and styling products chosen for hair health, shine, and long-lasting results. If you have sensitivities or preferences, let us know — we’re happy to customize the product selection for you.
How long does balayage take?
Most balayage appointments take 2.5–4 hours, depending on your hair length/thickness and the look you’re aiming for. More complex lightening or corrective work may require additional time or a second session.
Can I come if my hair was previously colored (box dye / dark color)?
Yes — but please mention it when booking. Previous color (especially box dye or very dark color) can affect how your hair lifts and may require extra time or a color correction plan to keep your hair healthy and achieve an even result.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for 24–48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee, since we reserve that time exclusively for you (especially for longer color services).
